The Köfele festival with Rudy Giovannini is dedicated to two loves of Laives: the music star Rudy Giovannini and the
church of San Pietro on the Köfele hill high above Laives.
Since his win at the Grand Prix of Folk Music 2006 Rudy Giovannini from Laives has become a star. The singer, who is also called the Caruso of the mountains, has since been touring Europe and enthralled music lovers with this gorgeous voice. His repertoire includes songs from musicals, folk and pop music.
